How to Earn

The TDG Rewards Program is designed to inspire and reward you for creating sales of Fabrica, Masland and Dixie Home products.

We’ve designed the TDG Rewards Program for our key sales associates within our valued selective dealer network.  This entire program is managed online, through a special TDG Rewards website. The website provides everything you need - including program criteria and a MY ACCOUNT page that tracks your sales performance and the reward dollars you’ve earned.  Once you achieve the $250 rewards dollar baseline threshold you will receive a TDG Rewards reloadable debit card where your future reward dollars will be loaded each week!

This exciting program is fully sponsored by The Dixie Group . There is no cost to you or your Dealer to participate.

You do not have to keep any records.  We will be recording your daily sales of qualifying products and automatically converting your sales to reward dollars on the website. Your personal welcome page will summarize your dollars earned; along with any rewards you were funded to date.

Accessing the TDG Rewards Website is easy.  You can visit the MY ACCOUNT Page to view your program progress any time.

Reward Dollars Earnings:  You will begin earning reward dollars with every qualifying sale. Participants will receive details from the TDG Territory Manager of qualifying products, brands and amounts.

Once you reach $1000 in standard rewards earnings in a calendar year (Jan 1- Dec 31) you will earn an additional 25% bonus

Qualification Period: 

The TDG Rewards Program begins May 15, 2018.

 

Qualifying Sales:

The TDG Rewards Program is based on selling qualifying products, special order, from our TDG displays.  Sales of stock roll goods, stock pallets of hard surface products and excluded specially priced products will not qualify. Periodically we may have added promotions on different product categories at higher earnings levels.  You will receive notifications of promotional opportunities via the TDG program website.

 

Enrollment:

If you are a new participant, your qualification period begins once the completed registration form is received by our marketing department. (TDGRewards@dixiegroup.com)  Once the registration form is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with login information for the TDG Rewards redemption website.  At that time you will begin receiving credit for your shipped orders.  We will not assign reward dollars retroactively beyond the month of enrollment.

 

Funding Process:

Once you Opt-in to the TDG Rewards programs, receiving your rewards dollars is easy - all you have to do is sell!  Funding takes place automatically each week.  Track your progress and sales funded on the TDG Rewards program website. 

Initial Reward Threshold:  Once you earn $250 in rewards, you are automatically mailed a TDG Rewards reloadable debit card to the address on your TDG Rewards Program profile.   You can track this threshold on your TDG Rewards homepage.

Ongoing Reward Funding:  After you reach the initial $250 threshold, on-going funding takes place WEEKLY on Thursdays.   The weekly funding will include all qualifying sales posted to the TDG Rewards program from the prior week (Wednesday - Tuesday).  A mobile number will be a required field of the user profile and a weekly text message will be sent showing deposit activity.

 

There is no cap on the amount of the reward dollars you may earn – the more you sell, the greater the rewards. Unlike other programs, your funds do not expire and are available to use wherever Visa® is accepted.

 

There will be an annual program maintenance charge of $5.  The $5 will automatically be removed from your pending awards around June 1st each year.
